Snap Schedule Premium Pricing

Snap Schedule Premium is a Windows-based desktop application and it licensed under the terms of a perpetual license – meaning you pay a one-time payment to own the rights to use the then-current version of our software forever. Like many other commercial desktop applications, Snap Schedule Premium is licensed on a per-device (computer) basis. Per-device licensing means a valid license must be obtained for each device on or from which the software is installed, used, or accessed.

The Employee Remote Access (ERA) Add-on requires Snap Schedule Premium with a valid Annual Software Assurance Plan (ASAP).  Purchase this add-on only if you want your employees to use the Snap Schedule mobile phone app to access Snap Schedule Premium data remotely. In that case, you will need to determine the number of employees who will be running/using the mobile app and purchase the required number of ERA license packs accordingly.

Notes: Starting with Snap Schedule Premium 2017, the Employee Remote Access (ERA) Add-on has reached its end of life and is no longer offered to new customers. The ERA pricing and ordering information are provided here only for our existing customers who wish to expand their ERA subscription. New customers should select Snap Schedule 365 instead of Snap Schedule Premium in order to use the employee self-service features.
