If you are a new customer and have just purchased a Windows-based software license after trialing our software, simply use the product key to activate your software and turn the trial into permanent, unlimited use. There is no need to download.

If you need to re-install the software due to a computer malfunction, you can use this page to download the installation program for your purchased products. Because your product key (software license key) is matched to the product edition (e.g. Snap Schedule 2010) you purchased, make sure to scroll down and select the correct version to download.
