Publishing and Distributing Schedules

With Snap Schedule 365, publishing daily rosters and work assignment calendars takes just a few mouse clicks.

If you are accustomed to publishing work schedules electronically for online viewing or for web access, you can print what you see in schedule views, export any report to a variety of popular file formats, and instantly e-mail schedules to your employees.

Otherwise, if you are accustomed to distributing and posting work schedules by paper, you can still print what you see in schedule views, but you can also print reports. The following work assignment reports can be printed:

• The Daily Shift Assignments report: The daily roster that tells you who is working on what shifts and in what positions.
• The Shift Assignments by Employee report
• The Weekly Assignment and Time Off Calendar report: Daily assignments and time offs in a weekly calendar format. For each day, the employees assigned to each shift are listed under the shift title. Employees taking time off are also shown, along with the time off reasons.
• The Weekly Assignment Calendar by Location report
• The Weekly Assignment Calendar by Shift report
• The Employee Weekly Calendar report: An individual employee's schedule in a weekly calendar format.
• The Monthly Assignment and Time Off Calendar report: Daily assignments and time offs in a monthly, five week calendar format. For each day, the employees assigned to each shift are listed under the shift title. Employees taking time off are also shown, along with the time off reasons.
• The Monthly Assignment Calendar by Shift report
• The Monthly Assignment Calendar by Location report
• The Employee Monthly Calendar report: An individual employee's schedule in a monthly calendar format.
